Seller Membership Agreement Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Welcome Thank you for becoming a Box Lot Market Seller. We're excited to have you as part of our marketplace community. This Seller Membership Agreement explains the terms of your seller membership and your responsibilities as a subscribing seller on Box Lot Market.
Seller Membership
An active seller membership is required to list Box Lots for sale on Box Lot Market. Membership plans are available at different levels to meet the needs of casual sellers, resellers, and professional businesses. Your membership includes the features and listing capacity associated with the subscription plan you selected.
Subscription Billing
Seller memberships are billed automatically according to the subscription plan you selected.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before your next billing date.
You authorize Box Lot Market and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for recurring subscription fees.
Membership Changes
You may upgrade or downgrade your membership plan at any time.
Changes to your membership may take effect immediately or at the beginning of your next billing cycle, depending on your selected plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your seller membership at any time through your account settings.
Your membership benefits remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Unless required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable after payment has been processed.
Membership Suspension or Termination
Box Lot Market reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller memberships for violations of marketplace policies, fraudulent activity, abuse of the platform, or other actions that threaten the safety or integrity of the marketplace.

Changes to this Agreement
We may update this Seller Membership Agreement from time to time.
Continued use of Box Lot Market after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
